Jazz, not Pop Rock.
This seems to be jazz, not pop rock. Pop rock songs should have an interesting into lead in and then usher in a memorable vocal line like you hear on the radio. This seems like a chep imitation of Steely Dan or something. The melody is not memorable. The guitars are overbearing and I can't even find the bridge.
70's written all over this one
everything in this song sounds like it was straight from the 70's. bass lines, style of drumming, vocals, everything. I would say that it's way too long. lost interest after the first minute. by the sound of it, your not signed and you don't play sold out shows all over the country where you can play a single song for 10 minutes, so I would just keep that in mind when writing the next flower child song. overall, just a basic song that was not that entertaining.
